May I visit you in person to purchase my diamond?

We will welcome anyone who would like to schedule a visit to see our loose diamonds in Florida.  However, if you are unable to visit us in person, we will supply you with all of the information you need to make an educated decision in the diamond buying process. Diamond images, copies of the diamond certificate, and a diamond appraisal report will all be made available for the diamonds that have these credentials.

Can I see my diamond before committing to a purchase?

We will provide you with a digital image of the diamond in which you are interested. A certificate will also be available for viewing if the diamond is certified, and many diamonds come with an independent appraisal. We encourage you to ask as many questions as necessary in order to feel 100% confident with your purchase.

Is it safe to buy a diamond without seeing it?

Before purchasing a diamond on with Bashert Diamonds, you will have ample opportunity to review photos, certifications, and appraisal reports (when available), and ask as many questions as needed in order to feel 100% confident in making a purchase.


Do you deal with clients outside of the US?

Yes, we deal with clients all over the world.


Are your diamonds conflict-free?

The diamonds available for purchase from Bashert Diamonds originate from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict, and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. We guarantee that these diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the original suppliers. We support the Kimberly Process and responsible mining. Can you customize ring settings?

We sure can! Bashert Diamonds offers a variety of fine settings available by request, and are also able to provide you with optional customization services. By uploading an image of a desired setting through our website, we will be able to recreate the ring you desire. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, certified checks, and money orders.


How much will it cost to ship and insure my diamond?

Your shipping and insurance charges will depend on your location, and on the value and size of your purchase. Bashert Diamonds uses FedEx for all of our shipping needs.


Will taxes be collected on my purchase?

Bashert Diamonds is located in the state of Florida; therefore, our clients who reside in Florida will pay a 7.00% sales tax, as required by law. Out of state clients will not be charged sales tax.


What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are unhappy with your diamond purchase, please call your Bashert Diamond representative to discuss your concern.  


Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer negligence will not be accepted for exchange or return.


Sale, special order, custom order and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. Please make sure to double-check your personalized order before placing it. No changes or cancellations on personalized jewelry may be made once the order is placed. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
